How to Create the Perfect Environment for Manifestation

I’ve learned that we can speak it, write it, or claim it all we want but if we’re not creating an environment that will support our new vibration and manifestation, it’s going to be harder to actually get what you’re after.


I’m going to jump right in. Here are some of my tips for creating a supportive environment to manifest even the bigger harder things..




  1. Surround yourself with positive energy.

Examine your space and daily practices. How are you speaking to yourself? How are others speaking around you? Are you surrounded by clutter and old energy? Still holding onto all that stuff your ex left at your house? Do you get caught up in the gossip at work? Are you watching and listening to things that inspire you or bring you down? Are you holding grudges?


Take a serious look at the energy surrounding you and make some changes. Find new friends, talk to yourself nicely, get rid of the clutter and stop engaging with people and media that do not hold the vibe you’re looking for. Don’t be afraid to make some cuts, try some new things or hangouts. This life goes quick, don’t waste any more time in environments that may have once been entertaining or reflective of who you were but no longer serve you.




2. Use physical reminders of who you are and where you want to go

Have your parents ever left you a note, reminding you to take out the trash? Have you ever heard a song that reminded you of someone you love? Same principle here. For example, when you’ve made the decision to manifest abundance, leaving yourself a pretty little note on the bathroom mirror, reminding yourself that you are abundant, makes aligning a part of your everyday routine. You’ll get into the habit of feeling abundant when you see that note or when you walk into the bathroom and that’s what you’re after, the subconscious connection with prosperity.


I’m so keen on reminders that I created a whole line of self-care products (check them out here) that help remind you daily of your desire and decision to align with emotions and energies that will benefit you, whether it’s self-love, abundance, transformation, ect.


There are a bunch of good reminders like books, music, incense, and meditation to start helping you remember who you are and what you want throughout the day. Use reminders that you’ll see or be exposed to multiple times a day. Build a habit of creating reminders for yourself. It seems like something small but the repetition and consistency is going to get you to the next level of your manifestations.




3. Surround yourself with art

Not an art buff? Hate museums? That’s okay, art comes in many different forms such as writing, music, film, theater, food… It’s been said cleanliness is next to godliness, well I think art is next to godliness. The intentional creation of a piece of art is god/nature nature and co-creating in a sensual form that can inspire, heal, and fulfill depths of ourselves we didn’t know existed. Find an artform that speaks to you, let it shift your perspective and open your mind to the possibilities of creation.


Even better than surrounding yourself with art is creating it on your own. I’m a writer and I write of course but for me there’s something to be said about sitting down and creating something of another medium. I love making collages and painting sometimes, I’m not the best at it but it’s something beautiful and helps me connect with a deeper part of myself. It’s that creative energy that should be fed and nurtured when you’re looking to manifest.




4. Be intentional about having quiet time.

Whether you meditate, actually sit in silence or just turn the tv off while you prepare for your day, a little quiet time is necessary to optimal inner being connection. Without the stillness of silence it's harder to hear yourself think. A lot of people avoid quiet time because they get restless and/or they “just don't like the quiet” which tells me they need it all the more. Yes, when you’re quiet you might spiral, overthink, or be anxious at first but if you don’t ever experience these moments you’ll never be able to heal these places within you. You should be your own best friend and I don't know about you but when my best friend speaks I reduce the distractions and really focus on hearing what they have to say.


Listening to yourself in quiet provides the opportunity to support, grow, and reflect on self, which is so necessary to manifestation. You’ve got to hear your emotions in order to understand what you really want and believe me, you only want to manifest what you really want.


I hope this list provides insight, confirms inklings, and supports where you want to go and who you want to be next. We're not just looking for material things, we're aligning with our purpose and getting serious about our vibe.
